Política de reembolso

You must request a return within 14 days of the product being received by you. Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse located in Stoney Creek, Ontario. 

To start a return, contact us at sales@industrialpumpparts.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return at your own expense, unless defective. 

A 25% restocking fee will be applied if you wish to return a non-defective item. 

Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition. IPP may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging. 

IPP reserves the right to request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for a return, limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Damages and issues 

All items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. Be sure to report any item defects or damages to Customer Service email at sales@industrialpumpparts.com within 48 hours of delivery. 

If a product is deemed unfit for return, IPP will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer. The customer can choose one of the following options: 

The product will be shipped back to the customer at delivery cost; or the product will be recycled. 

If you do not select one of the above options within 14 days of IPP informing you that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Special Order and AS IS items are FINAL SALE. No RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES are accepted.  

Product Warranty and Return Policy

At IPP, we take pride in the quality of our pumps or parts. We stand behind the performance and reliability of our products. 

Warranty Coverage: If any pump or parts purchased from IPP is found to be not working or defective within the warranty period(if applied), the manufacturer takes full responsibility for rectifying the issue.  During this period, manufacturer will repair or replace the pump or parts based on the manufacturer's assessment and discretion.

Repair and Replacement Process: If you experience any problems with your pump or parts during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will guide you through the necessary steps to initiate the repair or replacement process. Our technical experts will assess the issue and determine the appropriate course of action to get your pump back in working order.

Conditions for Warranty Coverage: To ensure that the warranty remains valid, please adhere to the following conditions:

  1. The pump or parts must be used and maintained according to the provided guidelines and instructions.
  2. Any modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
  3. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, negligence, accidents, or misuse of the pump.

Return Shipping  

All orders are done by return shipping as agreed.  We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage for returning a product during shipment. 

We offer exchange for any order received in defective or damaged condition, or missing items, within 15 days from date of receiving
