Import Duties, Taxes & Brokerages Fees:
Customers outside of Canada are responsible for all import duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their respective governments. These charges are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. The payment of these charges is the sole responsibility of the consignee and is required for customs clearance and the successful delivery of your order.
Should a customer refuse a shipment due to a refusal to pay these fees, the package will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for the original shipping fees, any return shipping fees, and any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred by us for the return.
